Every shirt at THE ACCENT CLUB is printed to order in the UAE. If something is not right with your order, we will fix it.
We offer a refund or a free replacement for items that:
- arrive damaged or defective
- are different from what you ordered
- have a printing or production error
Requests must reach us within 30 days of receiving your order. Write to us through our contact page with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo where it helps. We reply as soon as we can, usually within two working days.
Because every piece is made for you, we cannot offer refunds for choosing the wrong size, colour or design, or for a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product before you order.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
